And that's what I ate today. I had an unusually high amount of turkey today for some reason. I forgot that Scott was making turkey dinner when I had turkey sausage for breakfast and deli turkey for a snack.

That all looks good! Does your nutritionist recommend snacking? Mine is against it and expects me to only eat 3x a day, ONLY 3 meals :S It's interesting to hear what and why other doctors or nutritionists do things.
