Go Away, Girl Scouts

Ugh. The little green bitches are back. All I wanted at the grocery store was some chai tea and some baby carrots, but those horrible little girls were outside of Publix begging people to buy their cookies. I sure do love those coconut caramel ones and could easily eat a whole box in one sitting and was tempted. Very tempted. So I punched one and kicked another out of the way and ran for my car before I could buy any. (Ok, not really, but the thought did cross my mind. And I didn't buy any, but I did give one little blond drug pusher a dirty look.)

Eff you, Girl Scouts, and eff your cookies. Why can't you sell apples or something instead?

LMAO!!! Too funny! Good for you, resisting the crack dealers outside the grocery store!

I bought TWO boxes of thin mints from a girl at church!

I've ordered four boxes... to be used on nights when we have company only. Besides, its not like I can really eat cookies at the moment anyway. My trick for the stores this time of year is to make sure I never have cash or a checkbook... that way I can't give in even if I'm tempted.

Good job resisting! :)

i was a girlscout. and we were forced to stand in front of grocery stores pushing these things. we had to be there for hours, from day to night. thats how we had to spend our saturdays. not fun. not fun at all. none of us wanted to be there. we didn't want to bug people. so i wouldn't blame the actual girlscouts. just the troop leaders. i say next time this happens, look for the pimp (aka troop leader) and give her a dirty look ;) and then report her to the authorities!! LOL

I'm sort of glad that the girl guides are not that big in Australia :p
