Shopping Woes

I am so annoyed with shopping right now. I seem to be smack dab in the middle of plus sizes and regular sizes. Size 18 jeans are too small but 18W are too big. 16W doesn't seem to exist...not at Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or KMart anyway, all the places I tried today. Plus, I'm short, so I need petite lengths on top of it. I just need some form of pants to cover my butt until I can get down into the regular sizes. I don't want to spend a lot because I will hopefully not be in them for long. I know Old Navy 16's fit me perfectly, but there weren't a single pair of 16 short jeans on the clearance racks. Any hints for buying jeans when you're in an in-between size?

I would have to say either Kohls for Sears. I have bought those sizes at both stores and to be honest with you right now Kohls is having a big clearance sale right now trying to make room for the spring stuff so you should be able to get a good deal on them...I would say if you can find some for cheap and only get one pair then get the looser ones for now and then wear a belt and then if they are that good a deal get an other pair in the smaller size too so that when you are ready for them you got them! :)

Sorry about above...gotta love auto-correct

Sorry I can't offer any advice. I am still a solid 20.

Try goodwill, I have been going through sizes ever couple of weeks, so to save money I hit up Goodwill. You can't beat $5-$7 for a pair of jeans that I can only wear for a couple of weeks.
