steph, first let me say that you look amazing. my gosh. you look so thin!! 2ndly thanks for this video. never heard of this stuff. but i wasn't expecting it to be a good review. lol. please tell us what you think of strawberry and vanilla. i really love strawberry flavor but i've never found a good strawberry protein.
