(I need to remember this...a protein shake, even a really delicious protein shake, does not keep me satisfied for breakfast. I should only drink protein shakes as a snack after a hard workout. It's been two hours since breakfast, I am hungry, and lunchtime is 4 hours away. Ah well...it tasted really good.)
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup canned pureed pumpkin
1 packet Splenda
Generous sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
Handful of ice cubes
Toss everything in the blender and blend until well combined.
