Mini Chicken Parm Lunch

I made something kind of fun, tasty, and bandster-friendly for lunch today. I heated up 4 baked, whole grain breaded chicken nuggets - I used these:
I topped each one with a teaspoon of tomato sauce and a sprinkle of reduced fat Italian blend cheese. Popped it under the broiler for a few seconds until the cheese got bubbly.

Quite tasty for a super-quick, protein packed lunch!

Thanks everyone! These came from the regular grocery store (Publix) in the refrigerated food section - near the deli. I'm sure that any frozen baked chicken nuggets that you like would work too. I can't believe I never thought about making chicken parmesan out of chicken nuggets before now - but it makes sense because a large portion of chicken parm is way too much for me and this was perfect. Would be amazing over spaghetti squash too!
