Just a quick post before I go to work so I have this in writing and I can't run away from it. 201.6 on the scale this morning. I knew I was "on vacation" but didn't realize my eating was THAT bad.
Yes, I am aware that alcohol, flying, and excess salt can cause a bit of bloat.
No, that's not all it was. There was deep dish pizza (twice), cookies, ice cream, chips.
Yes, it is horrifying how fast the weight can come back if I let myself slip.
No, I didn't want to get on the scale this morning, but wasn't going to hide from reality.
I am back on track as of RIGHT NOW.
I'll be posting about BOOBS later, but for now I'll just tell you that I had an unbelievable time and am totally re-motivated to kick ass.

I completely relate. For me, going on a vacation like BOOBS would give me the "right" to "it's vacation, this is a special event, Oh it's ok, it's only this weekend" blah blah blah.
Unfortunately for me, when I start eating those foods, I'm like a mad freakin woman! lol
Now I'm not saying I have to be so rigid and couldn't enjoy treats....but it's a very slippery slope for me.
I think it's great that you can get back on track so quickly. :)

Yep, yep. I found a few pounds myself. That's the good thing about being a BOOB...you just get right back on track!!

Welp, I broke even on the weight scene, but I ate like a fool for the 4 days going up to BOOBs and that's what I working off now. You can do it Steph!!
It was great meeting you and especially having breakfast together Sunday, where you shared some unappetizing, but wonderful advice with me. Something like, "Remember, it's (food) going to waste in the trash can, or as sh*t, your choice." Lol!
