Yogurt Shots

Have you all seen these things?

They're little drinkable yogurt shots! I might be late to the party here, but where have these sweet little things been all of my (banded) life? They're a bit over 3 ounces of yogurty goodness.

Perfect for a post-fill snack. Yum!

Those things are good. Before I was never impressed with them, being that they are soooo small, but yeah, I can definitely see where now they would be perfect. I should so look into getting them the next time I go shopping!

Those little wonders are what keep my husband out of the hospital. He is immuno-suppressed (no immune system do to medication) and would get fevers with no reason behind it. It would put him in the hospital for a week or so and we would never find out why. He goes to the #1 hospital in the country and he would baffle them to why this happens. Finally last year we all think we figured it out. By drinking one of those little yummy yogurts he replaces the good bacteria (they are filled with probiotics) that is washed out when you take antibiotics. In actually all people should drink one a few times a week. They have kept him healthy and has turned a non-yogurt lover to a yogurt liker :)
So I very much agree...not only are they good for banders they are even better for your health!!
