Back to Solids

I'm back on solids today and guess what? I feel fine! No pain while eating...

2 hard boiled eggs
Slimfast protein snack bar
The innards of 2 fish tacos (grilled grouper, cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado) - no tortillas, but I did have a few chips
Cup of broccoli soup and innards of 1/2 tuna sandwich (no bread) at Panera

I am so glad that eating didn't hurt today. I have some super smart friends that knew that a couple of days of liquids would do the trick.

have you lost weight with all the liquids and now with no breads? i'm curious. i'm kind of jealous. lol. i'll never get that tightness back.
