Gain

194 on the scale this morning. I could blame any of these things:

Boot camp workout (retaining water/gaining muscle)
Not enough sleep
Not enough water
Too much office work
Not enough exercise
Too much sushi/chips & queso/pizza/frozen yogurt/salt

Whatever it was, I'm not letting those pounds stick around. I'm going in full out attack mode. Buh bye pounds.

Sorry about the gain... I do not even want to look at the scale tomorrow :(
