Pickled Radishes

Pickled Radishes



Radishes
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Garlic clove, minced
Oregano, salt & pepper to taste

Slice radishes thinly. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over radishes. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Absolutely delicious on a salad, but I could eat a bowl of them as a snack.

I love radishes! Yum...they don't sit well with me anymore though. Sad....
