Healthy Choices are Dangerous

I burned the living heck out of my arm last night trying to get some fish out of the oven. My arm flappages are so out of control that I can't even keep them from getting injured. If I had driven through Taco Bell like I was tempted to do, I would have been safe and uninjured. (We won't talk about the case of Taco Belly I would have developed later.) That's what I get for trying to eat healthy. (The fish was delicious though.)

I would like to proudly announce that I ate lunch at my desk THREE times this week. Today I had a Weight Watchers frozen thing. It was ok. But I made my goal of only having lunch out twice. I'm making the same goal for next week.

Have a great weekend!

So sorry about your arms dear! So very proud of the choice of healthy fish vs Not as healthful TB! Also glad you were able to achieve your goal of lunches! You'll definately save some money and calories/sodium in the long run!

good girl!! I haven't had taco bell in ages. Darn you. I want it now!!

Try the Lean Cuisine spring rolls. I love them! You have a toaster oven at work right? They taste like a treat to me and I dip them in reduced fat sour cream or greek yogurt!! Yum.

Hi Stephanie, I am a new follower.
Great goal about eating out at work. I might have to steal that goal since eating out leads to overeating for me!
