I was in my surgeon's building (my primary care doc is in the same office building) so I stopped for a weigh-in. 199 baby!!! My weight hasn't started with a "1" in a very, very long time. I'm so happy that Dr. Wizman was in the office today for that wonderful moment and he told me how proud he is of me.
I'm thrilled!!!
