Looks Like Yum


Breakfast today: Kashi Honey Almond Flax cereal, plain nonfat Greek yogurt, fresh raspberries. Deeeee-licious!

Yummm! I was buying the parfaits at starbucks for $4.00 and then realized I could make my own...DUH!

I put some juice in my berries the night before and they get all yummy. Add some yogurt and then my granola! Great band friendly breakfast!

i have yet to try greek yogurt. what does it taste like?

It was sooo good, but I was starving 2 hours later! I think maybe I need a fill. Or maybe I just didn't eat enough. I had 1/4 cup of cereal, 3 oz. (1/2 container) of yogurt, and 10 raspberries. Um, oops. I just added that up and that's only 110 calories. Not enough to keep me going for 6 hours. I had to eat a 100 calorie pack of almonds at noon just to make it through to lunch. I think I'll try the same thing tomorrow, but add a hard boiled egg and see if that helps. Meli - Greek yogurt tastes like sour cream to me. You'd probably hate it. :-)
